One print only. Please don't send more than one.
Maximum size 13 x 18 inches (smaller is fine too)
"Own work": It must be your own work that you own the rights to, but anyone can be the printmaker. In other words, if you want to send me a Costco print to critique, that's up to you. But the picture must be yours.
Put your contact details on the back. Name, address, email. Feel free to sign it too, if you usually do! Or not; up to you.
It must be a print you're willing to let me keep. Please don't send me anything precious or old or that isn't easy to replace.
Provide technical details (plus your statement about it, if you wish to make one) on ONE separate sheet. All relevant details are welcome, the more the better!
Pack stiffly: My mail sometimes gets folded in half. So be sure to make the packaging stiff and unbendable, or use a tube.

...A few things to keep in mind:
I might not critique it! I can't critique everyone's print. I'll critique five.
It's not a contest. Whether I feature yours or not is neither a judgement of your print nor you! I'll probably just talk about the ones that I think are easiest to talk about, whether they're good bad or indifferent. So if yours doesn't show up on TOP, don't think I didn't like it or don't think it's good. I can't write about everything.
Prints can't be returned. Please please please don't send me an old print that's precious to you and would be difficult or inconvenient to replace. Much better if you're making a new print for yourself and just make an extra one to send me.
Have a thick skin. I don't want to offend anybody, but I'll be critiquing these, which might involve criticism.
Don't send large prints. I know, some pictures need to be large. But I have no storage facilities here and I find it particularly difficult to know what to with large sheets. Hence the 13x19-inch or smaller request.
Don't throw anything else in to the package. I know it's tempting to throw other interesting stuff in, but don't.
That's it I think! Hope this will be fun.
Mike
