At the risk of creating an excessive amount of cognitive dissonance with the previous post :-) , the Fujifilm X-T3 is now available for preorder from B&H Photo and Amazon. Here it is at Amazon UK.

...an excessive amount of cognitive dissonance...
Mike, have you established a way to identify just the right amount of cognitive dissonance? :-)

My issue with the previous post is that it leans toward setting up technology as completely adversarial to creativity. In my opinion, they don't have to be - they can be symbiotic too if people choose to treat them that way. Based on knowing your technology and its capabilities well, your creative self may come up with things that otherwise couldn't be accomplished. However, it probably helps to try to recognize when you may be getting too caught up in the technological aspects of photography, at the expense of creativity.
So go ahead - buy the newest Fuji! (or Sony, or Nikon, or Olympus, or...)

Mike, I am anxious to see if you go for the X-H1. I think that going from the X-T1 to the X-H1 for you will be like going from the OM-D E-M5 to the E-M1 was for me. I liked the look of the E-M5, but I really like the grip of the E-M1.
That said, I have a used X-Pro2 (less than 8000 shots) arriving on Monday. The 23mm f/2 should be here Tuesday. A generic M adapter for my 35mm Summicron is on the way as well.
