He might be a legend to some, but I have never heard of him, but then I listen to music through my Linn equipment, which is nothing like truth, it is much more about power.
Looking at his website reminds me of the old idea that somehow we could replicate the sound of a band or orchestra in our living room.
One can get close when trying to reproduce the sound of a single instrument like a piano, but otherwise it is a predictably false concept that will never satisfy....

Philosophy clearly comes after economy for photographers from looking at the number of comments in two posts above, but I really have to thank you for this quote! It makes me think that finding out why we were born is far more important than mesmerizing about the cost of analogue versus digital!
