Amazon's Deal of the Day today consists of a selection of newly discontinued Panasonic mirrorless cameras for more or less half price.
Click here to check out the selection.
Just passin' the news along, as I do when Amazon's Gold Box deals concern photographic yummies; this is not a recommendation for these specific cameras per se (even though I own two Panasonic mirrorless cameras currently, one of which has been my main camera for the past three years).
Note that Amazon's camera deals are "while stock lasts" and generally don't last all day.

Manish: "I wish such deals were available in India. Sigh!"
Wow, I was wondering what I would do when the GH2 got below $500. I already own one and it's a nice little camera. Would love to have a second, as I like shooting with two bodies. Hmmm. Thanks for the link, I guess :)

I told my brother about the deal, and he is sending me one. I thought I'd have a second, but, no, he wants me to send it to him in Australia. Amazon won't ship it there. I'm thinking maybe the Olympus epl5 ( i think thats the one)as a second body.
