Featured Comment by LP: "Small correction (actually it should go to CNN): the name was Nicolae Ceausescu (not Nicolai, that is Russian). It is amazing to see Mr. Turnley in Ceausescu's office. At that time the general impression in Romania was that the country was completely cut off from the outside world.... Impressive achievement for Mr. Turnley to be where the action is and not only Bucharest, but Beijing and Moscow as well, given how communist regimes controlled their people and their borders."
Small correction, in Russian it's Nikolai.

Hm, loks like the CNN isn't really all what it's cracked up to be: they kan't even spel:
NICOLAE Ceauşescu (not Nicolai!)
Erich HONECKER (not HoneKer!)
Sheesh... wish they hired someone to get their spellings right ;)

May I make another correction: the name of the president of the GDR was Erich Honecker (not Honeker, as appeared on CNN). What's going on there in the studio? They don't have a corrector or what?
