My name is Jamie Pillers; I live in Oakland, California; the camera is a Nikon L35AF. I recently dug the camera out of the attic after I spotted Ken Rockwell's generous comments about it. I bought the camera for my wife when we started dating, but she never used it. So...I now have a lovely new old remembered camera to play with.
That looks like it would make a pretty good "street" camera Jamie.
I like the portrait of your B&W dog. He or she looks well behaved and kind.

Looks like a nice camera.
My dad had the Canon competitor to this one, the AF35M, which has a 40mm f/2.8 lens. Now that was a solid and reliable camera. It eventually broke, 20 years later or so. I get tempted to buy one on eBay every so often.
