Much as I appreciate the great outpouring of support for my predicament—and I do—I'd appreciate it if you would not contact Volusion on my behalf. It makes it look as if I'm asking people to do that, which I am not.
The chargebacks are coming through and we are working here to sort out this mess and, most importantly, get peoples' prints to them in as timely a manner as possible. The prints are all finished and the first ones have been shipped to buyers already.
